Elm Tree care was very professional, efficient, respectful and priced well. They did a great job on our trees. We had to have one removed and one trimmed and shaped. The job was done in less than 2 hours clean up and all! The tree we kept was over grown and they cleaned and shaped it beautifully. Toni is very patient and understanding as well. The guys who came to do the work were great and very respectful hard workers.
The customer service is excellent, it was a pleasure watching the trees being pruned, the care taken to improve the look and the health of the tree was evident in pruning task. ELM was responsive to my request to have a large palm trimmed, and came out within three days of the approved estimate. The team of two that arrived was friendly and quick! I will definitely have them back when it’s time to trim up the other trees front and back. I highly recommend this tree service company; they really are the best.
