After 12 years of neglect our 9 Melaleuca trees were in dire need of some help. The natural sculptural elements of the trunks and branches had become completely obscured. The trees had grown together forming a thick hedgelike appearance blocking much of our beautiful view. With the eye of an artist, Gray Walker was able to Trim, Lace and Shape them into the vision we had hoped to eventually achieve when they were originally planted. Additionally, providing them all with a deep fertilization and giving us clear watering instructions moving forward, we were very pleased with a job very well done! Thanks Gary!
We live in the Clairemont area on the canyon. The center of our yard is a huge, mature oak tree. Like so many of the oaks in San Diego County, our tree was looking very sparse and seemed to be deteriorating rapidly. This is the second time I have used Gary to trim my huge magnolia tree. He is very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job lacing and trimming my tree. He was also able to address some questions I had about the care of the tree and did a deep fertilization of the tree. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary for any of your tree services.
Gary saved my 100 year old tree when we had to cut it back for construction. He IS the tree whisperer and helped me remove other trees and fertilize my palms. His crew cleaned up and hauled away everything nicely. He had to take down some outdoor lights strung in the tree and they handled them very respectfully. His yard is beautiful as I have seen it in magazines. He is an artist with landscaping, art and music too. Hire Gary if he is available!
We had a great experience with Gary today, he truly is a "Tree Whisperer" We have just moved to this house and inherited 2 very large very unkept white birch trees. they are now so beautiful, Gary did a great job thinning them out he called it lacing the trees i believe. He also has some wonderful ideas for us to improve our landscaping, I would highly recommend him and his company.
